The 2022 Walk to END Epilepsy is almost here!

As many of you know, epilepsy is a HUGE part of my life. Raising awareness and helping the Epilepsy Foundation Texas raise funds to provide medical care and support for people with epilepsy is something I’m very passionate about.

My team, Game of Temporal Lobe, is participating in the Walk to END Epilepsy, and we’d really appreciate your help in supporting our cause.

Fighting the stigma of epilepsy starts with knowledge

Please help us spread epilepsy awareness by sharing this post and educating others about this neurological disorder. When we share accurate information, we get one step closer to help relieve the epilepsy-related stigma.

Here are some resources to help you get started:

Fighting for every 1 in 26

Every 1 in 26 people is diagnosed with epilepsy, and with your generous contribution, the Epilepsy Foundation Texas can continue to provide medical care, camps, education, and support to children and adults with epilepsy.

Please consider making a donation on my fundraising page or on my team page to help us reach our goal.

What do you say? Will you join me in this fight?

Let’s do this together! Let’s END epilepsy!

About me? I’m never good at these things, but here are the basics. I’m a journalism and film graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. I'm a dedicated digital content nerd with over eight years of experience in digital content management, content writing, copy editing, and project management. Currently, I'm a staff writer for The American Genius, and I manage my personal blog that advocates for epilepsy awareness. I LOVE to bake! I like to challenge myself to learn new decorating and baking techniques. And although I’d love to say I’ve mastered everything and have never burnt a dessert, it simply isn’t true.
